I am a Welsh girl from Swansea, in recent years I have had life changes and now find myself living in Stafford. I wanted to reach out to help anyone to lose weight in the Swansea and Cardiff area. Please get in touch and I can tell you all about me and my approach as a successful One2One consultant.

Jan Bethell is a brilliant consultant! I was in a low place when I signed up with Jan after having tried other diets and failing. I was creeping up a size at a time and hated how I looked. I was nervous when I met Jan for the first time but she has such a lovely bubbly personality that she put me at my ease straight away. I have now lost over a stone and Jan has been there for me every step of the way. She sends me a message most mornings which keep me on track and is always there at the end of the phone if I need here.  She has given me my mojo back and made me believe I can get to where I want to be.
