I'm here to help YOU! If you have just a few pounds or many stones to lose I can help. It doesn't matter if it's a recent weight gain or a lifetime of being overweight - you can decide to focus on your health and happiness by getting in touch and taking the first step to achieving your weight loss goals and feeling more confident, energetic and happy!

I’d had decades of trying every diet known! I’d lose some weight, but never be able to stick to the diet long enough to lose what I wanted and I’d give up and gain what I’d lost and more! Each time I felt more of a failure and I hated how I felt and looked. I felt like my life was on an unhealthy downhill spiral.   

Then I found The 1:1 Diet! I loved the simplicity and support it offered. I lost 4 stone* and it has transformed my life. I feel in control again - I am more confident - I no longer need pain killers for my osteoarthritic knee - and more importantly I have learned to love and take care of myself again!  

I’m so passionate about this diet that I trained and became a Consultant myself. I love giving support to others to reach their goals and my "previous life" as a counsellor also helps me in my consultant role.

I provide free private consultation appointments (this can be via phone or FaceTime if you prefer), so all you pay for is the products you choose which I can deliver to your doorstep.  I also support you throughout the whole week with messages and you can text or phone me whenever you need to. My free support is ongoing, so once you have reached your goal I'll support you to maintain your ideal weight.
