Hitting mini milestones en-route to your goal is also motivational i.e. walking upstairs without losing your breath, running faster or just being able to run, needing smaller clothes, tightening your belt- my clients have celebrated it with me.

My home consulting room is in Elmwood, Sawbridgeworth. I’m currently doing garden or remote appointments via WhatApp/Facebook video, additional to my regular phone, WhatsApp and text support and motivation. I also cover Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Stansted, Gt Dunmow, Ware, Hertford, Braughing, Puckeridge and all surrounding areas and villages.
