I have always struggled with my weight nearly all my adult life,then having two children changed my body even more and made it harder to find the time to work out and think about what healthy meals to prepare. I had tried nearly every diet going and at first I would lose then I would get bored put the weight straight back on with a little bit more added each time.

The final push I needed came when I booked my wedding and went shopping for my dress the first shop I went into the assistant had told me that she didn’t think they had anything to fit me but she could try to get me into a dress leave it open at the back to give me an idea of what I would look like as a bride , I was so embarrassed that was the day I decided that I was not going down that aisle in a dress that I didn’t want. So I left the shop determined to find something that would get me the body I longed for that’s when Cambridge Weight Plan popped up, I booked in for 2 days time and that’s when my new life started.  The weight dropped off and I lost 5 stone going from an 18 to a 10, the next time I went into find a dress I walked in with my head held high and confidence that I never thought I would get back.

It truly has changed my life not just mine but my family as well my children got a confident full of energy mum who could run about after them and my husband got happy and confident wife that didn’t want to hide away anymore.
