I was pessimistic about The 1:1 Diet and tried it in the belief it wouldn't work. It was recommended by my sister and mother so I did it anyway.  The support I recieved along the way was incredible. I lost 4 stones in 8 weeks and support was incredible.  She picks you up when you stumble and pushes you when you need it most.  Debbie will get you to goal and put a smile on your face. Words can't describe how much this woman has changed my life.
