Now a little about me

I was stuck in a rut with a lot of weight to lose. Nothing was working. As a mum of three young children I was struggling. I hated buying clothes as nothing nice fit. I hated exerting myself with the children as I could not keep up. I hated family events and ultimately my confidence dropped.

August 2017 was my turning point. I came across Cambridge Weight Plan and met my lovely Consultant. I made a commitment to lose weight for my children, family and health. 9 months later I had lost six stone*.

I feel like a totally different person. I love shopping, going out and family events, but most of all I can play with my children. It is wonderful hearing my son say "You're fast mummy!"
