Terrie and Gordon Diffey

We are a husband and wife team that have been successfully helping clients lose weight for about 5 years. Terrie has struggled with her weight all her life and The 1:1 Diet has been the only diet that has enabled her to lose 5 stone and control her weight. Gordon has lost 2 stone that he gained over the Covid lock down. If you would like support in controlling your weight then we are the team that can help you. We are conveniently located on School Road in Upwell but we can also travel to you in Wisbech, March, Chatteris, Downham Market, Ely and all surrounding villages.

There are no registration, joining, consultation or cancellation fees: all you pay for are the products you purchase. Cash or cards taken.
