From my 'Feel Good Shack',  I will provide POSITIVE MINDSET ENCOURAGEMENT to help you achieve your Weight Loss Goals!  I have been a 1:1 Diet Consultant for nearly 6 years, and AM COMMITTED TO YOUR SUCCESS! 

Over the last year as well as helping many people shed their weight and inches,  I also have had 2 remarkable slimmers (my SUPERSTAR SLIMMERS 2023)  who lost a whopping 19 stones between them!  1 of them was shortlisted in the  'Life changer of the Year' Category.
