Hi my name is Aneta. I am a Consultant who has been exactly where you are now..

I was a size 16  and I had given up on ever going back in to my favourite shops and feeling happy at my reflection in the mirror..  I was reccomended by a friend to try the diet and I just thought why not, I had tried everything else..

After the first month I had lost a stone* I've never looked back..
