Hi, I'm Aleksandra!

My heart is in helping people

Hi, my name is Aleksandra but everybody calls me Ola!

I speak English and Polish :) 

I would love to help you start to feel better about yourself.

I have been overweight since childhood and a serial yo-yo dieter, an emotional eater and I honestly never thought I could lose weight and keep it off. 

I saw a work colleague shrinking before my eyes and discovered it was The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.

The plan and my Consultant gave me confidence and energy that I had never experienced before. I had the courage to travel, something I would never have done when so overweight, with so much energy to explore. Carrying that extra weight before made me not want to travel at all.

From wearing size 18 to now wearing a size 10 - it's made a massive difference to the way I feel about myself, I now love what I see in the mirror!
