I can highly recommend Ola as a Consultant. She helped we work through days when I found it difficult. Suggested nonfood based rewards for me through my journey which was so helpful as I have always tended to use food as a reward, well food for everything really. Now I have got to target and I am maintaining my weight she has been brilliant at meal suggestions to help me maintain my weight. I hate cooking and having simple, quick and easy meals to turn to so I don’t return back to my old ways of takeaways!
