A little bit about me...

I have always loved food and my weight has yo-yo'd throughout my life. I have tried every diet/slimming group going but always felt demotivated with low weight loss’s and no real lasting results.

In January 2018 my close friend convinced me to start the one2one diet with her and although I was sceptical about meal replacement diets I was desperate.  I can honestly say it was the BEST decision I have ever made. The weight loss was instant, in my first week I lost 10lbs which was enough to keep me going onto the second week where the weight and inches just kept falling off. In just four months I had lost 3 stone* and felt like a new woman. I was determined to change my relationship with food and by working through the steps with my amazing consultant I was able to do so.

Now I am slimmer and healthier than ever before! I no longer avoid getting into the swimming pool with my children or avoid social occassions where I haven’t seen people for a while. I once again enjoy clothes shopping.

I cannot thank/reccomend Vicki enough. The support and encouragment she gave me was what got me to my goal weight. Tears and laughter we did it together. Vicki is very proactive sending lots of daily motivation and sharing some great tips. I work away a lot but last minute appointment changes was never an issue for Vicki. Her flexability and enthusiasm for keeping me motivated and on track never altered. I now see Vicki once a month to weigh in as part of my maintennce plan, its more like visiting a friend.
