My weight had crept up to 72.3kg (thanks to finding Nigella’s Salted Caramel Homemade Ice-Cream!) I then saw The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan programme on the BBC in May 2018, and it was like an Epiphany! I knew that I had to do this diet and I knew that I wanted to be a Consultant!  By the end of August I had reached my desired weight and I have been maintaining ever since. This is what I want for ALL my clients. To shift the weight and then to maintain.
