I want to thanks Francesca and Theo for the support they have given me in my journey to date of losing 6 stone 1 1/5 lbs as of Sat 27/6.

Every week without fail a smile, encouragement , advice and tips on how to keep focussed. What has always been amazing to me is how they have not been at all judgemental and always got time to talk , WhatsApp, or text. I want to loose another 1-2 stone to be at a 25 BMI and that is going to be a challenge. I know that the weekly discussions and personalised check in points really work for me. Being able to have the flexibility to meet ,or virtually meet , has been ideal around my work schedule. So thanks Francesca and Theo for your support.

Francesca, is supporting me wonderfully on my journey towards better health. Her own experience of weight loss means that she understands exactly what I need in the way of encouragement. I can’t recommend Francesca highly enough; her enthusiasm is infectious; she keeps in touch regularly, keeping me focussed and confident. As someone with Diabetes, I have found this to be an excellent diet where, I have lost 1 stone in 7 weeks (a steady 2lbs per week) and my husband has lost much more.  The food provided is tasty, nutritious and easy to prepare.  Probably the easiest diet that we have ever done.  Francesca and Theo make a great team in supporting us and explain things very clearly and in a friendly manner.  We recommend them and the diet plan to anyone reading this.

• Friendly home setting;
• Motivational - 1:1 focussed on you, your progress, helps to plan the week ahead to ensure success.

I have tried other diet plans and this is the easiest and most effective to follow.  I have also had a different consultant on the same plan - your consultant matters! - It is not just the products that help you to lose weight it's your consultant!
