ABOUT ME: Hi am Beccy, I lost over 8 stone in 12 months!* Before starting The 1:1 Diet I had always struggled with my weight. My weight was the first thing I thought about in the morning and the last thing I thought about at night, it had been this way ever since I can remember. I had been holding back from doing so many things in life and I always struggled to enjoy social activities with family or friends. It stopped me from being what I thought a proper mum should be. Having a young family this plan slotted into my lifestyle perfectly and I have now been given a new lease of energy to keep up with my little boys. 

I am now a dedicated, experienced one to one diet consultant who is committed to making sure every single one of my clients is treated individually to strive for their own personal weight loss goal. I take great pleasure in seeing the amazing results this plan offers people and to see peoples confidence and health improve massively. I am here to offer one to one support to motivate and encourage you every step of the way on your journey.

I started my weightloss journey in September 2018, I was at my heaviest ever weight which in turn left me personally at my lowest ever emotionally.
