I am part of an award winning team in dereham and have a passion for helping others, following my 7 stone* weight loss in 6 months on this amazing plan, going from a size 24 to a 12/14. I am aware of the various stages of this journey and am ready to help others, including you on your own special path to losing weight and keeping it off for ever. I was a serial yo yo dieter for many years and had always convinced myself that I was happy. I wasn't. I hid behind large clothes and others and wasn’t my usual self. Now after the weight loss I am confident, proud and enjoy being me again.Do you feel like that??
This plan is life changing it has been for me and can be for you too. I do not charge for my time or travelling time as everyone is individual and your needs are different too. I am flexible and offer appointments in the daytime, evenings and weekends to suit you 7 days a week. Appointments and consultations are booked in advance and I can arrange consultations to suit you. If you are happy to come to my premises that's fine, if you are isolating or are not happy they can be done virtually but thoroughly to ensure the plan is right for you, via video links. All consultations are done on a one to one basis so I can ensure time for you as an individual. I also deliver to you or if too far away ensure I can get products sent via courier or post.
I am based in Dereham, Norfolk but am able to travel to you if it’s easier or can arrange virtual appointments and courier delivery straight to your door. First consultations products and payable by bank transfer when ordering but subsequent ones can be paid by cash, cheque, bacs or PayPal. How do I find the right Consultant?
When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.

You might have noticed each Consultant has an awards and achievements panel on their profile. Being a Consultant brings loads of benefits and as they build their business, Consultants achieve awards for their hard work.
