Its not an easy thing to admit you need help to lose weight but once you make the decision to get started you will have all the support you need. We contact our clients regularly during weigh ins. Some people like lots of contact others not so much, so again whatever works between us. We also have a private support Facebook page for all our clients. We share tips and give motivational inspiration. Its private so we encourage everyone to post themselves if it helps them. Every stone you lose we reward with a gift and rosette. The support continues when on our maintenance program.

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
