I followed The 1:1 Diet after having my second child, I was really struggling to lose my baby weight. I followed the plan and lost just under 2 stone*. This was all whilst working full time and looking after a family. I found the plan fitted in with my needs without costing any more than a normal weeks food shopping.

The difference it made to my life is why I love being a consultant now, helping others to do the same. I work from my professional home office in a private setting and also offer a mobile service where I can deliver prducts to your door
