About Me:

Over the years my weight has yo yoed up and down with every diet l have tried and each time l have gained more than before. Finally after finding Cambridge Weight Plan l have lost my weight and am succesfully maintaining for the first time ever. This has changed my life and I want to help you to do the same.

If you are like me and have tried every diet and failed but would like a diet that is very flexible, with complete one to one support and has a steps system focused on maintenence then I'm here to help you every single step of the way.

I stock the full range of Cambridge Weight Plan products and will support you not only just at appointments but whenever you need support throughout the week.

I offer one to one appointments in my home in Salfords Redhill, evening or weekends.

I offer free parking which makes life easier for you and also various bus routes stop at the end of the road.

Various payment methods taken.

Free initial consultation whereby you can come an meet me and ensure that I am the right person to support you to goal.
