Sophie was a fab consultant when I did the 1-1 diet, always on hand when I had a question or just having a day where it all felt really hard. Thanks to Sophie I persevered and lost the stone I wanted to lose after having a baby. She herself has done the diet and maintained the weight loss and she’s inspiration to keep going!!
