MY STORY:

My weight had yo-yoed throughout my adult life. I’d tried other diets and lost weight but I was never able to maintain the weight-loss.  The 1:1 Diet was the ONLY weight loss programme I was able to follow, stick with, get real results from and most importantly, keep the weigh off.  I LOST 4 STONE IN 24 WEEKS*

Following some major life changes in 2013 I realised just how much weight I had gained.  I was miserable, overweight, unhealthy and very self-conscious. I tried my usual diets but they just didn’t work.  I was desperately unhappy inside and had zero self-confidence. I made excuses not to go out… I was missing out on my life and that of my daughters. It was time to take action!
