I had weight issues from an early age then later on in life thyroid and auto immune disease spiralled my weight out of control. I was miserable, tired, struggling and desperately unhappy with myself. My thyroid was then removed making it even harder.

I discovered The 1:1 Diet quite by accident through bumping into an old friend who I hardly recognised as she'd done so well on it. I lost the weight easily and believed in it so much that I ditched my career and retrained to become a full time consultant as part of a multi award winning team.
FINALLY something worked for me and I've never felt better. Being able to make others experience the same amazing feeling when you see results is now what drives me. I've never looked back and I hope you won't either.
