Four years ago I lost 4 stone on Sole Source Plus (similar to Step 2) and weekly Pilates classes. Now I am a consultant giving you support and advice on achieving a healthy weight too - If you have the patience and determination to push on and follow your step ... I know you will achieve your target weight.
I am a mobile Consultant and offer:
- Help to identify the ideal step for you, your target weight/BMI and timescale
- Doorstep deliveries and weigh-ins at your home or workplace following lockdown guidelines – socially distanced, sanitised hands, and wearing a face covering
- Confidential one-to-one support while you lose weight and while maintaining your target weight
- I keep the extensive range of nutritional balanced products in stock – Shakes, Smoothies, Bars and Bites, Porridge, Savoury Meals, Soups, Shake'n'Go, Step Up Meals
Sole Source – TDR / Step 1
The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan is renowned for Sole Source, for it's amazing weight loss outcomes, but it takes consistency and a focused mindset to achieve. Clients tend to lose a similar weight on week 1, but TDR gives consistently higher losses.
This is a great step for those wishing to have a healthy evening meal with their family.
If you tried Sole Source and stopped after only one week – Step 3 is for you. You achieve a small regular weight loss on two products combined with 600kCal healthy meals. It's a great combination - either stick to Step 3 or after two or three weeks move down the steps.
Step 4 / 5
Some times medical conditions indicate that a higher step is required. For example: Type 2 Diabetes with medications – start on Step 5 and gradually work down through the steps.
My Life – Step 6
The most important step – maintaining your weight loss. Follow the stabilisation stage by moving up through the steps, learn some new healthy recipes, exercise regularly and check your weight.

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.
How’s this different to other diet plans?
The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
