I have always struggled with my weight and found it creeping up and up as I got older and before I knew it needed to lose 3 stone. I had tried various diets over the years but hadn't found anything that worked for me.

I was introduced to The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan (CWP) by a friend and never looked back. CWP is very easy to follow and the products taste great. Having a Consultant on a 1:1 basis really helped me keep motivated and achieve my weight loss goal and maintain it. Now, 8 years on I have lost the 3 stone*, maintained it and become a Consultant myself. I feel so much better about myself and decided it was my turn to help others feel great about themselves and achieve their dream weight.

I offer flexible appointments 5 days a week (weekend appointments occasionally available) at CB1 8PU which is Queen Ediths, Cambridge.  I offer a friendly, caring and effective consultancy, working with you to tailor a plan to suit your lifestyle and weight loss requirements.  I will keep in touch with you inbetween appointments and give you as much (or little) support as you would like.  I am  also available for out of hours support.  There is also the option to join my private WhatsApp group for some extra support with my other slimmers who are going through the same journey.  I will also be there after you reach your goal weight to help you maintain your new weight.
