When I first started Cambridge Weight Plan, I really had no expectations, I thought that I might lose a stone at best. However, my Consultant and new life coach, Nafisa, motivated me to heights I couldn't ever perceive myself reaching. She instilled a will within me to better myself that I haven't ever really had.  She told me to take it a day at a time, and there were times where I thought about cutting the day short! But with a little bit of dedication, wise counselling from Nafisa I've lost over 4 stones in 3 and a half months*.

I was a young mum who had been diagnosed with Idiopathic Intercranial Hypertension (IIH). My Consultant Neurologist advised me to lose weight to help improve the symptoms as my eyesight was being affected. I contacted Nafisa and lost over 5 stones. I revisited my Consultant who was absolutely amazed at my weigh loss, not only were the symptoms no longer present, I was taken off all the medication and discharged.
