Based in Ibstock, NW Leics I’ve been working with The 1:1 Diet since 2009 when I lost weight for my wedding and I haven’t looked back since! I found my sparkle when I lost weight and now I find it super rewarding to help others too.

 

Christmas has come and gone and we’re now on to a fresh New Year. Winter jumpers are still definitely needed but don’t hide under those layers; summer bodies are made in winter.
