Rebecca is absolutely lovely and so supportive. I'm three weeks in and have lost a stone* and my husband has lost 16.5lbs in just two weeks*! She has loads of ideas and tips to get you through the week, going to try turning a shake into a mousse this week. I'm recommending her to anyone that wants to lose weight.
