This is my full time job because I love helping people achieve their weight loss goals and seeing them gain a passion for life.

At my heaviest I was 22 stone, pre-diabetic with an auto-immune condition.  I remember looking in the mirror and seeing a reflection of someone I didn't know and who I certainly didn't like. To the outside world I was the smiley confident girl with the big personality but the truth was, I was miserable and felt I was failing in every aspect of my life. I slowly cut myself off from friends and became a master of excuses for why I couldn't attend an event. 
I threw myself more into my work and less into family life and friends which is the saddest part as I missed out on so much for years and years. I dreaded bumping into anyone I hadn’t seen for awhile because it was crucifying to see their shock, pity, even delight, in how I looked. I was in such a dark lonely place and I couldn't see any way out. 

So what changed?

I found a diet that helped me understand and remove the bad habits that had become so embedded in my life. It has changed my relationship with food and taught me alot about how I used food in a self destructive way.

I know how being overweight can negatively affect every single aspect of your life. That's why I trained as a Consultant. I gained amazing experience through my own journey but also through my training and now my greatest joy is helping others achieve their goals. Trust me, I understand

Consultations & Support 

I offer one to one meetings or why not do it with a friend(s), family or a work colleague(s). I can see you in my home, your home or your place of work or virtual. 

I have helped 100's of clients lose weight. Maintenance is the hardest part so I'm there with you for as long as I'm needed.  
I've helped clients with varying & often complex medical conditions such as Thyroid, PCOS, Sleep Apnea, Fibromyalgia, Menopause, autoimmune conditions, IVF BMI challenges and diabetes.
