My journey started on a family holiday in 2015, when I realised how much I was holding myself back. I avoided swimming, photos, and joining in, watching my husband Mark and our boys, Luke and Fin, enjoy moments I felt too self-conscious to be part of. That was my turning point.
Later that year, I joined The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and lost 6 stone in 6 months on Step 2. It didn’t just change how I looked, it completely changed how I lived. Today, I feel confident, energised, and fully involved in life again.
Inspired by that transformation, I became a full-time Consultant and Coach 9 years ago. Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of clients to lose weight and, just as importantly, keep it off long term.
I combine personal experience with professional knowledge. I’m nutritionally trained, a qualified chef, and I support clients across all stages, from structured Step plans to those using weight loss injections, and those transitioning safely off them while protecting muscle, energy, and long-term health. I also understand the realities of menopause and Type 1 diabetes, both personally and through family life.
