I came to Jo through a personal recommendation and am so glad that I did!

Jo has supported and encouraged me through all the bumps in the road of my weight loss journey.

The group meetings that Jo runs are small and super friendly; they really help! Jo's groups have been fundamental to me in understanding my relationship with food and realising that weight loss is a rest of life choice, not just a quick fix! Jo also offers 1-1 appointments, which are very useful and motivating too.

I was recommended by the doctor’s surgery to try this diet.

In the last 6 months I’ve lost nearly 3 stone and improved my mobility, blood pressure and blood sugar level.

I chose Jo because she fitted into how I wanted my diet managed. We do online virtual consultations and she drops off products when required.

Jo is always ready to offer help when I need it, whether at consultations or via text.  She has a lot of experience and can point me in useful directions eg for recipe ideas.

Three weeks ago, I woke up feeling lethargic and unhappy. I had gained over 20lbs because my usual work pattern and hobbies had been interrupted by the pandemic – no dance classes, easy access to kitchen, etc.
 

I texted Jo and she made space in her diary for me that day. I started the plan the following morning and have already lost a stone. 

Jo is hugely supportive, extremely organised, so the collection of food-packs is safe, but allows for the much needed check-in.  She is empathetic but challenging when the excuses creep in. Can’t recommend too highly.
