I went to Judy for advice on losing weight after being recommended to her. To say I was nervous and self conscious is an understatement. 

I went to Judy’s home where we could talk openly and in private which allowed me to open up and be honest with her. Judy discussed her fight with weight over the years and I was able to recognise myself in many of these struggles. 

I am now a couple of months down the Cambridge success line and feel Judy has become my friend and number 1 supporter with regular "how are you" and "you can do it" messages. We still keep in regular contact and I know she will be there when I need her support. Her openness and listening abilities have made her a great Cambridge ambassador and a good friend... keep up the good fight Judy.

I can't quite believe how much my life has changed in a few short months. In 14 weeks I have lost 49lbs. I am so much more active, can fit into much smaller sizes and I am so much happier for it. I've still got a little way to go but I see light at the end of the tunnel. Most weeks have been easy but a couple have been a little harder, Judy has always been there to support me every step of the way. 

I thought it seemed a little expensive to start with but I now realise it is the best money I have ever spent. Actually my family's  shopping bill has also reduced due to buying less junk food for them. This can only be a good thing. Go on, take the plunge, I promise you won't regret it.
