About Me:

 

Stopping smoking 18years ago is when I really piled the weight on.  I avoided all photos and social gatherings as I felt extremely self-conscious of how I looked.  It was a viscous circle of eating to make myself feel better, but then adding even more to my weight and feeling utterly miserable.

 

Endless unsuccessful diets later (yes I've tried them all and seemed to gain more each time) I discovered the Cambridge Weight Plan, now known as The 1:1 Diet, and thought 'what have I got to lose?' - well it turned out it was more about what I was going to gain.

 

I saw the weight dropping off quickly which in turn gave me the incentive to keep going.  It was such a simple plan to follow, no continual weighing or counting so I absolutely loved it.  I went from a size 16 to a size 8!  My confidence levels soared with the weight loss, it really did give me a new lease of life pllus I really felt my health improve which was a big concern for me.

 

My awards are a reflection of my commitment to the clients I've helped since becoming a consultant.  Having been on this journey myself, I completely understand what you're going through and I will be there, every step of the way to give you all the support and encouragement that you need.
