Hello and thank you for looking at my page. You are here and have already made the hardest step, now I can help you with 1:1 support throughout the rest of your weight loss journey! But first let me tell you about my own weight lost journey.

After many attempts of diets, I was disheartened by the weight coming back every time (plus a little few more pounds every time) After seeing someone else do so well with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan I tried it for myself and lost over 4 stone*, which I have maintained for the last 7 years.

This is the only weight plan which has worked for me and taught me how to maintain after losing the weight. This was due to the help and guidance of 1:1 support. The weight plan is easy to follow with various steps to suit everyone’s lifestyle combining tasty meal replacement products with conventional food.

All your nutritionally balanced food - meals, shakes, bars, soups, smoothies and snacks can be delivered directly to your doorstep or collected from myself.
