The 1:1 support was key in my weight loss success. Having a very busy social life, I thought I couldn't do this, BUT I DID, and you can too.

Having experienced all of the Steps of the Plan, I understand the need to fit the diet to suit your lifestyle.

I will -

  • Advise you on the most appropriate step so that it works for you, around your family, work or social commitments. 
  • Be there if you struggle but also there to cheer you on as you reach certain targets.

Watching people achieve their goals, whether it be the scales going down or them fitting into a pair of jeans that have been sitting in the back of the cupboard is why I love doing this.

Everybody's journey is different, but I will also try to make your journey fun so that you will succeed!

I'm down to earth and don't judge but am here to get you to where you want to be.
