Like many of us, I tried EVERY diet going!! After having my first child I had gained a lot of weight and was left feeling really low about myself with a feeling of no way out. At this point I was prediabetic, with high blood pressure and just walking to the shop used to leave me feeling exhausted. I was always on the bigger side from being a teen but until that point, I never felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. I would start a new diet and I would stay focused for a few weeks, but become demotivated by slow weight loss and end up in the same miserable place as I started continuing to gain weight.... 

Until I found The 1:1 diet by Cambridge Weight Plan... I went from a size 22/24 to a comfortable 14/16.. My blood pressure returned to "normal" and I was no longer pre diabetic.

What my slimmers think...

I started my journey in April and up to now have lost 18lb (would have been more but I took time off the plan whilst on holiday with my family) I absolutely love this plan and all the support I get from the fabulous Charlotte. The products are great and fit into my busy life making meal times easy for me.
