6 years ago, I was 2 stone heavier than I am now.  I had tried all sorts of diets but to no avail. I avoided beach holidays and long flights abroad as I was so uncomfortable travelling. Buying clothes online to avoid the embarrassment of  communal changing rooms and asking for larger sizes. Not to mention how unhealthy I had become.
