I am a busy mum of 3 and I struggled with my weight for many years. Yes I could lose a few pounds or more but I could not keep it off.

My weight yo-yoed up and down the scales for years. My wardrobe consisted of clothes ranging from size 12 to size 18 (there may or may not have been some size 20s with the labels cut off). I would cry, comfort eat and start the cycle all over again...

In March 2015 I decided to give it one more go. My sister and my mum were both losing well with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. Like you, I searched on this website and found a consultant. With The 1:1 Diet and the support of my Consultant, I slimmed down from a tight size 18 to comfortable size 12 in just 6 months*, and I've kept it off for almost 9 years now. I am healthier, fitter, and slimmer than I've ever been in my adult life. With this new found confidence I started the next part of my 1:1  journey and become a Consultant myself! 

Now I have a dream job supporting others to achieve their weight loss goals. I offer

Polecam kazdemu kto walczy z nadwaga. Dieta jest bardzo przyjemna. Bez glodu i narazie bez efektu jojo! Od 6 tygodni jem normalnie i nie tyje. Lynn jest bardzo profesjonalna i bardzo pomocna.
