 A bit about me; I am married and a proud  mum of 3 grown up children and nanna of 3. Ive been a consultant for 5 years in Sept 2021, and it was the old story of tried every diet out there and found this was the one that worked for me, loved the convenience of the products, knowing that breakfast dinner and tea was all sorted.I knew i wanted this in my life always so i became a consultant. I was never going to be FAT and FIFTY!! I lost 2 stone over 10 weeks, took a bit longer than needed but I had a holiday in that time and Easter, and sometimes life just gets in the way! But i smashed it and you could too, with my help. I have maintained my weight, for 5 years and I do offer on going support as long as you need me, ( a bit like Nannie Mcphee) if you need me I'll be here.
