Having Angelina has a consultant has made a huge difference to my motivation. I have previously tried a number of diets but I am never motivated for longer than 2-3 weeks. Meeting Angelina every week means I am accountable and I look forward to our weekly meet ups as she is genuinely excited as I am to see how much I have progressed week after week.
