I’m passionate about helping people lose weight—no matter how much they have to lose. My goal is to support, motivate, and guide you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. As your 1:1 consultant, I’ll listen, advise, and share the knowledge I’ve gained from years of experience with this life-changing diet.

I’m incredibly proud to have helped so many men, women, and even young people (14+ years old) achieve a healthier and happier version of themselves. My Journey

When I lost weight in 2016, I didn’t just feel like myself again—I fell in love with me for the first time. That’s what fuels my passion to help others lose weight and feel amazing. If I could do it, so can you, and I’ll help you believe that if you don’t already!
 

I went from a size 16 to a size 8 in just 12 weeks after having three children. It felt surreal to look and feel so incredible, with body confidence like never before.
