I’m Mandy and I have over 10 years experience within the weight loss industry, with 8 of these as Independent Consultant with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.

I’m very passionate about what I do and support my clients 120% on their weight loss journey.

So I lost just over 3 stone* and became 3 dress sizes smaller in just 14 weeks on plan, and managed to maintain that for over 10 years

When I first discovered The 1:1 Diet I was Fat, Fed Up, and stuck in a big rut!

Just a few days on The 1:1 Diet made me realise that it was THE ONE! I loved the discipline and the ease of it and within the first couple of weeks I started to feel fantastic and I really could see and feel the difference ! It transformed my life and it can transform yours.

The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan isn't just a collect and go weight loss journey. I offer you fantastic face to face or virtual 1-1 support, with weekly, fortnightly or monthly weigh-ins.

I want to get to know YOU so I can really give you the right support that suits you and your weight loss journey and listen to your lows and highs and really focus on YOU and getting you to YOUR goal and help in maintaining it.

Life is for living we get no rewind button. Please don't feel that no one understands how you may be feeling.  I was stuck in a black hole for a over 12 years and weighing heavier than what I was at full term with my second child. I realised I was stuck in a rut, I had closed myself away from the world, and made any excuse so I didn't have to go out or go to any functions. I’d just lost the focus and had no direction on which way to go after trying and failing on so many other diet plans.

I really had lost my inner smile.

I’ve been helping and supporting clients through weight loss for many years now and I just love how I can continue to help people make the difference in themselves.
