I am so excited that you’re thinking of starting The 1:1 Diet by CWP and I really hope I can be there to support you throughout your journey to not only losing weight, but maintaining it.

Before I found The 1:1 Diet I was a complete yo-yo dieter, always looking for a “magical” way to lose weight, but I never found anything that really worked for me, or that more importantly was sustainable long term.

I was worried about putting in all the hard work to lose my extra weight to then just regain it again when I resumed a more conventional diet, which is why I cannot recommend The 1:1 Diet enough.

I lost 2 stone, dropping 2 whole dress sizes in just 2 months*, and by working up through the steps I successfuly maintained my goal weight for over 2.5 years.

When I started receiving some really positive comments on my weight loss I wanted to tell as many people as I could about The 1:1 Diet so they too could experience the same results. Becoming a Consultant was therefore a natural transition for me.

As your Consultant I will be there with you every step of the way, providing you with ongoing support, motivation and advice, not only during your weight loss journey but throughout your maintenance, and because I started as a client just like you, I really can relate to every part of your weight loss journey.  Not only will I stay in regular contact with you in-between appointments but you can also contact me through text, WhatsApp, phone call, email, Facebook and Messenger, whichever way your prefer!

I provide free consultations, there are no hidden subscriptions, you simply only pay for the products you choose, making it completely flexible to fit with your life and your weight loss goals.

Working from both my home and on a mobile basis, I offer daytime and evening appointments.

FAQs

How do I find the right Consultant?

When you put in your postcode, you’ll see all the Consultants nearest you. Don’t worry if they’re not on your doorstep – lots of our Consultants are happy to come to you. Take a look at their profile and read what the dieters they have helped so far say – that should help you find someone on your wavelength. If you want to find out more before making an appointment, you can call, text or drop them an email.

How often will I need to see my Consultant?

You’ll typically see your Consultant once a week for a weigh in and catch up, but you will have their phone number and you may get regular calls or texts from them in between appointments. A lot of our Consultants use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep in touch with their dieters too. They’re there to support you, so make sure you lean on them when the going gets tough - as it sometimes will. They’ll know exactly how to keep you on track.

How’s this different to other diet plans?

The 1:1 Diet is a lot more flexible than other weight-loss plans and it’s the ONLY one that gives you dedicated, one-to-one support from your own personal diet Consultant. That means your diet is designed for you, and only you. Together with your Consultant, you’ll work out an easy-to-follow eating plan that fits with your routine and gets you the results you want.
