Hi everyone, I'm Nic..... the stages of MY journey! Having a Baby, Endometriosis and the 'M' word - yep - menopause!

As a new Mum I had no time to think about myself and put my beautiful baby daughter first; this soon caught up with me and before I knew it my weight had escalated out of control. I found myself in 'elasticated' size 18-20's from a size 14. I hit rock bottom with everything and just didn't know what to do or where to turn. At the same time my father had been through a Cancer diagnosis & treatment. It was time to put my health and myself first. (PS: Dad's OK!)

One day I saw my best friend advised was doing the 1;1 Diet by CWP and introduced me to her Consultant; my goodness that was daunting but she was amazing and so supportive. 6 Months later I was 4 stone* lighter and back in to my size 14's! 

Then the dreaded C-19 hit! Oh my what a tough time for us all! Work from home, home schooling and no playing out. I'd been maintaining my loss for four years, I still followed the plan and regularly checked in with my Consultant....then.. whoops! Covid was like Christmas for a month or so...and my waistline suffered! I put 10lb on so decided to get back to it. I was so proud i was now able to say i've lost a total of 5 1/2 stones on plan

I decided after my success I wanted to help others do the same. You will be part of a group of well supported clients and my Team are always at hand to assist. My aim is to get you to your GOAL!

Then the dreaded Endometriosis.....i'd suffered for YEARS. I was approaching 40 and thought i'd have the surgery; enough was enough! Unfortunately neither worked so at the ripe age of 39; next 'treatment' was a forced early Menopause. This plan has been amazing for me to keep on top of my weight after the hormone treatment. I find it so much easir and have a new lease of life!
