I run a friendly, private weight loss centre with free easy parking and close to transport links. No judgement, just real support. 20 years experience and my own weight loss journey means I really understand what encouragement, motivation and guidance my clients need.
I have always struggled with my weight and have tried every diet under the sun over the years. I originally lost 3 stones in three months back in 2004 but after a succession of personal upheavals, I found myself heavier than ever before and feeling the pressure of obesity associated health issues.
After my partner had a heart attack, I realised I had to take back control. I lost 6 stones and have maintained that weight loss for four years. My life is my own again and I feel better at 56 than at 46. It's never too late (or too early!) to transform yourself into your best possible YOU!
My mission is to make your weight loss journey as smooth and rewarding as possible. I am constantly updating my skills through courses and seminars to ensure I'm providing you wuth the best, most effective support.
