I lost 2 stone back in 2015 and have maintained since (other than that weird time called COVID, when most people gained some) I managed to gain control back once life returned to normal

I offer face to face weekly / bi-weekly virual video call appointments.

No Group meetings unless you want to come with a friend or Family member too
