I lost 2 stone back in 2015 and have maintained since (other than that weird time called COVID, when most people gained some) I managed to gain control back once life returned to normal

  • I offer face to face weekly / bi-weekly appointments at my private home office. This is genrally where i also provide my virual video call appointments.
  • I have a toy box of little ones as i know it can be hard with littles ones. 
  • No Group meetings unless you want to come with a friend or Family member too
  • BRAND NEW APP which is amazing with recipes and tracking your journey long with seeing products/placing orders.
  • I take payment via Bank Transfer, Card & Cash.
  • Mobile home visits are available on request :)
  • NHS / BLUE LIGHT CARD WEEKLY DISOCUNTS
