I’ve been where you are. In 2014, I lost 6.5 stone in just 8 months, and that transformation reshaped my life. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of people achieve incredible things, reclaiming their confidence, improving their health, and finally walking away from yo-yo dieting for good.

Based in Hastings, I offer a flexible mix of in-person and remote appointments, with next-working-day product delivery (including Direct to Dieter) to keep things simple and stress-free. Whether you’re local or working with me virtually, your journey is fully supported.
