I always imagined what it would be like being thin, looking and feeling amazing and never lacking self-confidence. I spent hours each day looking at pictures of the 'ideal body' and I spent most of my life imagining what it would be like rather than doing something to make a change. I had locked myself away from the world and thrown away the keys until one day when I received a visit at home by my best friend who had been on the Cambridge Weight Plan, seeing his weight loss left me speechless and determined to give Cambridge Weight Plan a go. As soon as I started the diet I felt so good, and seeing the results within my first week on the plan left me motivated and determined to carry on and better myself for a life changing future.
After maintaing my weight for years, last year I was diagnosed with PCOS, which caused me to gain weight and being on various types of medication to help. I have recently restarted my journey for the second time as I believe the 1:1 Diet is the only thing that has worked for me and I am so excited to be sharing this journey with all my slimmers and hopefully YOU too!
