Hi I'm Karen I have been a Consultant for 10 years helping so many clients achieve their dream weights and have maintained my own 6 stone loss for the last 10 years

In April 2015 with the big '50' looming, very high blood pressure and a stern talking to from my Doctor I decided I couldn't do anything about my age but I could do something about my weight, health and life. So off I trotted to see my consultant who said I needed to lose just over 4 stone*. Having tried virtually every diet going over the previous 30 years with varying success I have to admit I wasn't very optimistic! But in just 4 short months I lost 4 stone* and have never felt better. The simplicity of the plan and the speed at which it came off kept me motivated as well as the support I got from my consultant.

I will be honest initially I thought becoming a Consultant would be a great way to keep the weight off but cheesy as it sounds it is so much more rewarding than that.
