I am a great believer in leading by example, I am a passionate and motivating consultant who is here to help you lose weight and maintain and achieve your dreams. 

For me it all started when someone said ‘That’s not a good look’ when I bent down, and my stomach fell over my trousers! I knew something had to change and that was the wakeup call I needed.

I started The Cambridge Weight Plan In 2015 with the support of my consultant was able to achieve my goal. I had booked a holiday to Jamaica for my partners 40th birthday and walking on the beach in my bikini felt amazing and I had certainly got my confidence back. The comments I had from my friends and family felt incredible and I felt like a new person. I lost 3 Stone in 3 Months and I have never been happier, buying new clothes in smaller sizes. 

In 2017, I also became a first-time mum and like most mums I wanted to lose my baby weight. I lost 2 Stone in 3 Months and was back in my skinny jeans.

All initial consultations and weekly weigh ins are free, and I will also offer support and tips throughout your journey to help you stay on track. I will help you to maintain once you have hit goal with an aftercare plan. 

I take great pride and pleasure in helping others achieve their goal and this is my motivation for being a consultant.
