My Cambridge journey

I was fed up of looking at the same old flump in the mirror each day.  Frustrated of not getting into those trousers I bought months ago thinking I would lose weight.  Saddened that walking up the stairs I was always out of breath, I was just so unhealthy.

My life changed when I came across an article advertising a woman who lost weight on the Cambridge Weight Plan.  I then took the plunge.....3 stone* later and I now feel amazing and look at myself in the mirror with a SMILE.
